Please contact the pool manager, Kim Neighbors, by email or text (256-655-2174) to schedule a party. Pavilion rentals for parties are for members only. Payment is due at the time of the booking.

Pavilion Rentals

Large Pavilion  – $350.00 for Friday - Sunday

                                  $175 for Monday - Thursday

Small Pavilion – $200.00 for Friday - Sunday

                                 $100 for Monday - Thursday

 

NEW for the 2025 Season: You can now rent the pavilion's on the weekends anytime depending on availability, for a 2 hour block. Please contact Kim Neighbors as listed above to reserve your time block. 

 There will be no pavilion rental on Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekend.

Prepaid cards will be available to purchase to use for snacks and drinks. These will be sold in $20 increments. They are easy to use and waterproof.

Party Rules

• ALL PARTY GUESTS MUST HAVE A SIGNED LIABILITY WAIVER

• Large Pavilion rental - You are responsible to pay $5 for each non-member guest.

• Small Pavilion rental - You are responsible to pay $5 fee for non-members attending your party.

• Children under 9 must be accompanied by a parent. Please indicate this on the invitation.

• No pinatas.

• Balloons must be secured to table or metal posts.

• No confetti. Party favors must follow general pool or safety rules.

• You are responsible for cleanup of all decorations, including balloon arches, party items and food.

• Excessive food and trash or furniture relocation may incur additional cleaning cost.

• NO FOOD AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE POOL. ALL FOOD MUST BE CONSUMED UNDER THE CABANA OR ARBOR.

• The management reserves the right to request removal of anyone intentionally violating the rules or endangering or offending other members or guests.
